• When there is no appropriate family member or friend to administer your trust, I can serve as your trustee. Having an impartial individual who takes a personal interest in carrying out the goals and purpose of the trust can often avoid the family conflict or resentment that occurs when one or more family members are chosen. While many trusts are handled by trust departments of banks, in my experience these institutions are often impersonal and don't spend the time necessary to make sure the intent of the trust is carried out. Often beneficiaries are forced to hire attorneys to force the bank's trust department to do their job. • Probate Administration

Where an individual has passed with a will, but without a trust, or has left no will, I can handle all phases of estate administration.

• Conservator of Estate

When a vulnerable adult needs the protection of a competent and mature individual to handle his or her personal affairs, I can provide effective, caring, and zealous management. I encourage input from family members on decisions affecting their loved one. • Conservator of the Person

When a person is no longer able to manage his or her daily living, and no one is willing or able to step into that role, I can provide devoted, compassionate, and competent management of the person's life to make it as good as it can be. My goal is to make sure that the individual's life comes as close as possible to the way he or she would want it to be.

• Representative Payee

I have been approved by the Social Security Administration to serve as representative payee for those who are unable to manage their finances.

• Power of Attorney

I can also serve as Power of Attorney for Finance, Power of Attorney for Healthcare, Representative Payee for Social Security and other positions of trust. I am experienced in dealing with the medical world and serve as a patient advocate when the medical establishment will not provide answers.
